Grilled Venison Backstrap

Wonderful! Serve these to friend and make them about 1.5" square. Also use thinner bacon so it gets crispy, not chewy and fatty tasting.

Carry-Along Hot Dogs

Love these for kids and adults. The bun gets crispy, the hot dog warm, yet no grill marks (something my kids hate), the cheese melts and they are just delicious!

Venison Stew I

The stew was fantastic, however 3 cups of liquid does not make a stew. In fact I checked my meat and onions at 1 hour and the water had all simmered out. Next time I will use 4 cups of water and 2 cans of beef or chicken broth.

Quick Pour Fondant Icing

This is exactly like the Wilton quick pour fondant icing. I am not happy with the INTENSE sweetness of this icing. The recipe is successful at 110F, as others have noted.

Fried Rice Restaurant Style

I found my rice was to moist, and it did not fry. I would reduce the water by 1 cup and season it with bullion. I would also suggest using at least a 1/4 cup of Soy Sauce, as the recipe gives no guidance on that. Overall we enjoyed it and I will make it again with modifications.

Famous Japanese Restaurant-Style Salad Dressing

AS others stated, it was too soggy and I made so may alterations, it was not the same dish. I did however love what I came up with, so I gave it a 3, as it was an inspiration for my dish.
