Special Pumpkin Bread

This bread has become a family favorite year round. I cut back a little on the oil but otherwise it's fantastic.

Overnight Apple Cinnamon French Toast

This is wonderful! VERY sweet. I used a deep 9x13 pan so it wouldn't cook out over the top of the pan. I used thick sliced french bread, so used fewer slices. Think it would be great w/blueberry or peach pie filling too. Thanks Sue for a great recipe.

Brunch Enchiladas

My family loved this recipe! I used Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage (I precooked it) instead of the ham. I also added a small can of chopped chilies. I covered with foil part way thru the cooking to keep them from browning too much.
