English Muffins

Yay! No more packaged muffins! I used a bread machine through the first rise & rolled mine out to about a half inch & let them rise an additional 45 minutes. Yummo!

Lemon Chewy Crisps

Puffs of lemon-aire! Following the advice of many former reviewers, I too used 3T lemon juice and rolled the balls in confectioner's sugar prior to baking. Yummo! This will definitely be a summertime staple in our cookie jar this year! Thanks Jennifer!

Asian Beef with Snow Peas

Yummo! Being budget-minded & having a large family, I happened to find some thin-sliced sirloin on sale, used FROZEN snow pea pods & for a health reason, put this over Whole Grain Barley. Fantastic!
