Crab Stuffed Chicken Breasts

I did not care for this recipe. What a waste of money. The sauce was bland, and the combo of crab and chicken was not good. I will NEVER make this again.

Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza

This was soooo good! I used 2-12" pizza crusts but doubled the topping recipe. I used blue cheese dressing on one, and ranch dressing on the other. My husband loved it! I also used Frank's hot sauce. This recipe was definatly a keeper!

Marinated Baked Pork Chops

I doubled the sauce recipe, but followed it exactly. The only thing I did different was sprinkle some garlic salt on the chops before putting the sauce on. They came out really good! The only thing I would change next time is adding a little more brown sugar to make the sauce thicker. This was a keeper!

Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas

Of course I couldn't find green chile salsa or jalepeno salsa in the store! So, I used regular salsa and added a can of green chiles. I also used reduced fat cheese, fat free sour cream, and wheat tortillas. It came out really good and if I didn't tell you, you wouldn't know I used reduced fat ingredients! I will definatly make this again!

Grandma's Corn Chowder

This soup came out great! I used chicken broth instead of water, and 2 cans of creamed corn, & one can of undrained kernel corn. I also sprinkled a little cayenne pepper for some flavor. Next time I will put shredded chicken in it, that would've made it even better!
