World's Best Scones! From Scotland to the Savoy to the U.S.

I love these scones!!!! They're amazing! My one caveat is i usually need to add a bit more milk- more like 2/3 to 3/4 of a cup. They always turn out amazing and everybody asks for the recipe! Delicious with 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes and 1/2 tsp coconut extract instead of currants. Or cut back on the sugar and add cracked black pepper and grated parmesan (you'll definitely need more milk then). Or add zest of a lemon and 1/2 cup frozen blueberries or raspberries. Or just add 1 tsp vanilla bean paste and no other add ins. SO GOOD!!!!

Apple, Pecan, Cranberry, and Avocado Spinach Salad with Balsamic Dressing

An AMAZING SALAD!!!!! I added light feta cheese as well and didn't add the carrot... so yummy! I loved it so much i ate the same salad for the next 2 days.

Barbie's Tuna Salad

I always add less mayo to this recipe and never add relish because I hate relish. It's quite fabulous but you don't taste the tuna at all. Today I used mashed chickpeas instead of tuna, just to try it out and it was super awesome fabulousness!!!! Definitely doing that again!!!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

These muffins are really good! If you make them in paper muffin liners, they don't stick to the pan and the liners peel off really easily. My only complaint is that I can never get the topping to be crumbly... it turns into a smooshy butter mixture... tastes good though...

Glazed Dijon Carrots

it was okay. not to dijon-ish or brown sugar-ish. couldn't taste the ginger at all. needed pepper to balance out the flavours. i'll keep looking for a good carrot recipe. i used the crinkle cut carrot slices you find in the vegetable department and they cooked quicker

Tuna Salad With Fresh Dill

mine was really watery. i wouldn't recommend adding the water from the tuma can. the yogurt made it taste light. taste was good, i just didn't like the gooiness.
