My name's Nicole and I am a young mom. I absolutely love to cook and get better with everything i make. I am Polish/Italian so what i do make there is always always extra! I love to make anything! As natural as i can make it i really dont eat anything that is processed. Lots of veggies when i can add them. My fav food is Italain but it is a surprise on how little pasta i do eat. wow probably baking pies or cookies with my little girl, just like my grandma used to do with me. She is def my little helper Making my 1st Thanksgiving. stuffing the turkey and making everything from scratch. and always learning a new technique like making mac and cheese things like that nomore eating out of the box! o wow fortunately not too many. One was Christmas dinner when i tried putting 2 roasts in the little crockpot and didnt cook so i had to put one in the oven.
