T Pulling off the entire Thanksgiving Dinner for our family without a large amount of time to prep the day before. Lemon Meringue Pie: I rushed this one when I should have taken my time. I have to admit I do not have a fail proof tried and true recipe for a great pie crust but had used this particular one before so I thought that I was safe rushing :) Not! That crust was awful. I am not sure what I did wrong with it. I also accidentally added the whites to the batter instead of saving for my Meringue topping. It was just a complete wreck. I think it was just an off night for me.
