McCormick® Gingerbread Men Cookies

Excellent recipe. I didn't have any molasses, so I used an equivalent amount of brown sugar with a little bit of Caro syrup. Delicious.

Love this recipe. The blend of cardamom and cinnamon is fantastic. Make it every year. I like that it doesn't recommend to use powdered sugar.

English Muffins

This is an outstanding recipe. I used a smaller can for baby English Muffins and stuffed them with bacon, eggs and cheese. I only fried them for a couple of minutes on each side and they raised up more, then I baked them in the oven for a couple of minutes. Thanks for the great Saturday morning breakfast!

Spooky Halloween Eyeballs

These are fun to make and delicious. I followed the original recipe and am satisfied with the turn out. I would have liked to have had a round candy mold to speed up the process and have a smoother eye ball.

This turned out great. I sliced it into three layers instead of two. I used Czech Orion bitter and cooking chocolate, half dark rum and half Grand Marnier. The cake is not too sweet and is balanced with the ganache. Now I need to try the original.

Raspberry Fudge Brownies

Very good rich brownies. We loved the fudge layer and cream cheese frosting. The only thing I would change is to not use aluminum foil to line the pan. Next time I will use baking paper or only grease the pan. I'm having a hard time getting it off of the brownies and am finding small pieces in my teeth.

Old Fashioned Pineapple Upside-Down Cake

I really liked the way this cake turned out. I will make it again. It was fast and easy to make. Next time I will probably add less white sugar and a little bit of sour cream.
