Beef Tenderloin With Roasted Shallots

I love the sauce from this recipe! The first time I followed the recipe and thought it was great, but the second time I made it, I made the sauce ahead of time, and served it over a pot roast I cooked in my slow cooker. I cooked the pot roast for 8 hours on low using a packet of lipton onion soup mix and 2 cups of pepsie.Just poured the sauce over it at the end. Everyone loved it, said it was the best thing I ever made. Thanks for the great recipe!

Barbecued Beef Brisket

I love this recipe! The sauce is amazing and the beef is so tender. The only change I made was to cook on low for 8 hours, and I added all of the sauce to the crock pot. The sauce comes out thin after cooking (I like it like that) If you don't, keep some aside. This is my favorite slow cooker meal, and I have made it a weekly dinner! Thanks!

Jalapeno Popper Spread

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this! The only thing I do differently is add extra chilies, and then I bake it in the oven with seasoned breadcrumbs on top. It is so delicious!

I have to say i did not enjoy this recipe very much, i followed it exactly, but I thought it had a bitter after taste. It might be just me, my husband thought it was ok.

Butter Beef

This was ok. It was a little too salty and my daughter didn't like that. I served it over mashed potato's, but the gravy part was really greasy which turned me off a bit. I think if I just strained the meat out next time it would be better.
