Banana Pudding IV

This is so yummmy and easy to put together! Just 30 minutes and you've a delicious dessert ready! Since most of the ingredients are not in my pantry I do have to prepare in advance.

Party Punch VI

I rate this recipe 3 star because it isn't very beginner-friendly recipe though the proportion of ingredients seem to be correct. I made this icing in two batches. In the first batch I didn't know how long to beat so it turned out a little less fluffy. For the next batch I beat it somewhat longer and it was fluffier. I still don't know if the next time I should beat longer than that.

Black Magic Cake

I'm a beginner at baking and tried this recipe. The cake turned out perfect: very soft and moist. I followed the advice from other reviewers and used a parchment paper which definitely eased the process of taking out the cake from the cake pan. I'd used a 9 X 13 pan. This cake definitely needs an icing as it has a little less sugar so icing compensates for the lack of sugar. I used the "coffee icing" available at this site. I rate it 4 star as even though the cake was excellent it didn't have a perceptible coffee taste.

One Bowl Chocolate Cake II

This cake came out prefect! I followed the recipe as is - no changes and the cake was very chocolatey and soft. I didn't even need to put icing on it. Very tasty!

Focaccia Bread

This is the first bread that I've tried and if it turned out so well for a beginner then I must say it's a great recipe! The first time I made it was quite dense but that was because my yeast was very old. This time I bought new yeast and had crossed my fingers. The bread was soft and very tasted. We sprinkled cheese and chillies on top.
