Chewy Coconut Cookies

Cranberry Pistachio Biscotti

This is now my go-to biscotti recipe. I've used other dried fruit and nuts, and even dipped them in chocolate. I always use equal part of fruit and nuts. This is excellent!!!

Easy Valentine Sandwich Cookies

Excellent cookie!! I've made them as hearts and shamrocks so far. I get requests for these all the time now...they just melt in your mouth!!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

These cookies barely made it to the cooling rack - they are delicious!! I did add a teaspoon of salt and increased the vanilla extract to two tablespoons. I will be using this for years to come!

Red Velvet Cake I

This cake was great, I did follow the other reviewers recommendations about the oil substitute, less sugar and extra cocoa powder. The icing was delicious and I now use it with many other recipes.

Penne with Chicken and Asparagus

Absolutely fantastic...this was the first cheesecake i've ever made and it turned out perfect. I followed the other users suggestions about the water bath and to thoroughly grease the sides of the springform. I cooled it in the oven for 5 hours and chilled it overnight. The cake browned nicely and didn't crack. I will be making this for years to come, thank you Chantal!!
