Zesty Quinoa Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2014
Just made this. Soooo good. I made it as the recipe stated, and love it. I think next time I might try putting some feta cheese in it too! So good. I'll be making this again.

Broiled Short Ribs

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2013
So, friends gave me some shortribs, and I've never cooked them before. This recipe looked pretty good, so I tried it. I'm not really sure what a dutch oven is, but I followed others advice and used my crockpot. I covered the ribs in water and set it on low for 4 hours. Made the sauce, but didn't have any garlic powder, so I used fresh garlic minced. It was delicious! I probably broiled them for about 10 minutes, 5 on each side.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2008
This recipe came out great! I love it. I made the cookies with M&M's and those small PB Cups from Trader Joes, both were great. I did have to cook for 15 minutes, but now I am suspecting my oven, as I seem to have to cook everything a little longer. Love this recipe, will for sure use it again.

Country Breakfast Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2008
I loved this recipe. I made it today for our treats club at work. I took some suggestions from the reviews and used the shredded potatoes for the top and used a combo of spicy and mild Italian sausages. I also created a vegetarian one using the cubed potatoes and some additional salt and pepper to add some flavor. I had to cook this for probably about 40 minutes longer than the recipe said, but the result was worth it! The treats were gone faster than I had ever seen! I cooked the sausage the night before and mixing everything together in the morning went super fast. Love this recipe, I'll make it again and again.

Cornish Game Hens with Garlic and Rosemary

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2007
This was very good. I looked through my Betty Crocker and How to Cook Everything books, and this was much easier than those books. Makes a great dinner in less than an hour.
