Stuffed Peppers My Way

I love these. My vegetarian and non vegetarian family love these. I have even made the rice filling as a greek type side dish. Amazing.

Sweet Potato Souffle

Really good, but a little sweet. My family really seemed to like it. I did leave the coconut off. Nothing personal, but most of my family doesn't like it, and it still was amazing.

Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'

This is really good banana bread. I left the nuts out because my family doesn't like them, but it was still some of the best bread i've ever made. However, i didn't cook it as the recipe stated. I pulled mine out at 55 minutes, and it was almost too done.

Spinach Lasagna III

I made this for my vegetarian family, and my meat eating family. Everyone loved it, and it was a big hit. I will make this again. I used a jar sauce that was a spicy marinara, and it made this fantastic.

Granny Kat's Pumpkin Roll

These are so ummy. It can be a little complicated to get the cake onto the powdered sugar towel, but then I stated putting wax paper over the towel. No sugar needed, and less mess all the way around. This are so good. I've made them many times, and they always turn out great. I do recommend that you make sure that your frosting is mixed well. I use a stand up mixer, and I have to do some extra scraping one the sides to make sure that my frosting isn't lumpy. This has become a family favorit.

Cheesy Potato Casserole

Awesome. Tasted great. I've had many variations of this kind of recipe, but this was quick, easy, and requested again. I did follow some recommendation given by others... I did add about 1/4 cup of sour cream to the mixture, and I also added some of the bacon bits to the center. It turned out really well, and couldn't have been easier to make.

One Bowl Brownies

Wow best brownies ever. I do subsitute half bakers choc/oil for 2 of the baking squares, but i am now known as the brownie lady. I have been asked to make these brownies repeatedly. They are easy, quick, and come out perfectly. I only bake mine for 30-32 minutes. I found that at 35 they get a little tough.

Creamy Banana Bread

This turned out really well. I made two batches. One of which i did normally, and the other one I added half a bag of chocolate chips. I like the ones with chips better, but both were good. I would make this again.

French Silk Chocolate Pie I

Everyone is right there is not enough filling for one pie. You need to double the filling to make a true french silk pie. I also strongly agree with other reviewers that you need to whip the egg whites and sugar to a thick consistancey then add that to your chocolate mixture. This is a great recipe. It was fast and easy to make. I will use this again.

Chocolate Candy Bar Dessert

I was a little suprised when i made this. It tasted really good, and was really light. I didn't have any left, and my non-dessert eaters went back for seconds. I used butterfingers as the candy bar, and this was amazing after a heavy meal.

Crescent-Wrapped Brie

Oh my god this is a great recipe. It was so simple and quick. My guests loved it. My only warning ti make sure that the seams on your dough are sealed well. I had a little leakage from one of them, other than that it was perfect.

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

This stuffing turned out great. The only thing that i would change is the amount of sausage that was used. It has good flavor, but it was a little to meaty for my tastes. Next time i will also add more apple to the mix. It gives it a little bit of a sweeter flavor.

Easy Slow Cooker Ham

I don't like ham, but this was great. It was so easy and simple. The ham came out so tender that it just fell off of the bone when i tried to get it out of the slow cooker. My ham was a little large for my pot, so i justed basted it with the juices every few hours to keep it moist. This will definately be my ham recipe for all of my family get togethers.

Ranch Bean Dip

Double Chocolate Pie

Amazingly Good Eggnog

This turned out really well. I like the flavor and texture. Next time i make it i will use vitamin D milk instead of skim milk. I think that would help to make it a little thicker. I will definately make this again.

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

This turned out really good. When i make this again I will thicken the sauce with corn startch while it is still in the crockpot. It would make a great sauce to serve on top of rice with the chicken. My husband loved this, and i will make this again. It was quick and easy.
