Best Ever Blueberry Cobbler
The first time I made this, I eat with my own homemade ice-cream. It feels like I'm floating in the air.. Great balance between sweet and sour of the blueberry (maybe my blueberry is not sweet enough). In Malaysia, blueberry, strawberry, and raspberry is quite difficult to find, and expensive. Second time I made this, I used peach instead. Turns out OK, but I still prefer the blueberry.

Basic Flaky Pie Crust
This is my first time making pie. I made black pepper chicken pie (mini). I was looking for simple flaky crust, and found this one. I have to say, this is the keeper. It turns out GREAT. The pie crust is the type that melt-in-your-mouth. My husband love it. Since I read few reviews about shortening and butter, I decided to combine both. So I use 1/4 C shortening and 1/4 C butter. I won't bother to find another pie crust recipe anymore. Thank you for posting this recipe.

Chocolate Chip Meringue
I tried to make this cookies. It was delicious. I followed some suggestion in reducing the amount of sugar and choc.chips. However I am having problem with the texture. When it comes out of the oven, it was crispy. But when I let it cool before I store it, it has softened as if never baked. Can somebody tell me what I did wrong??
