Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette
had this for dinner tonight. Tasted great but all I can taste now is garlic. I guess next time maybe I would cut the garlic in half and strain it or maybe just crush a clove and let it sit over night and remove it before serving. I dunno, it taste really good while we were eating it so I will fiddle with this and see what can be done

Brown Chicken Stock
I roasted everything up together as some users suggested. I put all the veggies on the bottom of my pan, then placed the chicken parts on to so that any drippings would coat the veggies. I added a few extra herbs and spices that were on had like parsley, marjoram and a bay leaf. I never would have thought to roast everything rather than browning but I think I will do this every time!

Hearty Sausage Soup
I give this 5 stars for being easy and satisfying! I used chorizo instead of the Italian sausage because we love any excuse to use chorizo but I'm sure the mild anise in the Italian would be great too. Thanks Kelley!
