Chunky Cheesecake Brownies

So delicious!! Next time I may use mini chocolate chips in the cheesecake layer, but regardless, they were so rich and so good - will definitely make again!

The best homemade pizza dough I've ever had, much less made myself! It was soft with just the right amount of chewiness, and pretty easy to make. My husband kept saying, "This is the BEST pizza you've ever made!" and the guests we had over for dinner wanted the recipe. Thanks!!

Orange Cream Fruit Salad

This was great! I used the pineapple, peaches, mandarin oranges, & banana, but also added coconut and pecans - would have been great with fresh strawberries too, but they're not in season right now.

This was great, and super easy! I omitted the mushrooms and hot sauce, and added celery, chicken broth, thyme and cayenne per suggestions - we loved it!

Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich with Garlic Mayo

FANTASTIC!! I loved the mayo - changed it up with a little lemon pepper and it was amazing. I also made homemade hoagies - so perfect - and used veggie cheese on mine (regular cheese on hubby's). Great recipe!

Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad

This was really good! I used "Wacky Mac" rotini for the pasta (made out of veggies) and left out the cheese - it didn't really need it in my opinion. My only complaint is that the flavor stays with you for quite a while after you eat it...

Magic Peanut Butter Middles

Oo, yum...! I did add a little milk per a suggestion by another reviewer, and otherwise didn't change much. Maybe a little less sugar in the batter and a little more filling - did try mini chocolate chips in the batter too but it made it a little harder to wrap around the peanut butter mixture. Really amazing!

Apple Butter Pork Loin

This was really great! I threw it all in the crockpot (1 1/2 with a 6 lb roast) and cooked it on low for about 10-11 hrs. I skimmed the fat off the juices when the meat was done and brought it to a boil with a cornstarch slurry for gravy - delicious!! I didn't add any salt - it didn't need it at all.

Spinach Tomato Tortellini

I thought this was excellent! I made a few changes based on what I had on hand - sauted mushrooms with onions, garlic, and basil, added stewed tomatoes and frozen spinach (thawed and squeezed), then added the cream sauce (made with 1/2 and 1/2). I thought the sauce needed just a bit more flavor, so next time I will play around with some spices and try to figure it out.

Slow Cooker Reuben Dip

This was a big hit, even with people who don't like sauerkraut! I used a pound of corned beef sliced from the deli, and a little more than just 1/4 cup of thousand island dressing but otherwise followed the recipe. And I couldn't find the cocktail rye, so I used tortilla strips - delicious!

Peach Curry Glazed Pork Chops

This was delicious! A big hit with everyone for sure. We grilled our chops and fixed the glaze/sauce in a saucepan on the stove - definitely double the sauce so you'll have enough to eat over rice. I chopped the peaches into chunks and added them in with the rest of the sauce ingredients after sauteing 1/4 of a yellow onion (not a fan of green onions). I will definitely make again, but try it with fresh peaches and homemade peach jam - I'm sure that will be even more amazing!

Dijon-Tarragon Cream Chicken

This was delicious!! I took some suggestions and sauted mushrooms, onion, and garlic before mixing the sauce; we also doubled the sauce and used 1 tsp dried tarragon (crushed) in place of the fresh. Served over mashed potatoes and with a side of fresh steamed broccoli - yum!! I think next time I will use fat free half-and-half in place of the cream to cut out some fat and calories.
