I brought this to Christmas dinner and it got rave reviews all around. The only change I made was to double the crust. I made it in a tart pan and it was gorgeous. I think we've found a new Christmas tradition.

Classic Stuffed Peppers

My whole family loved this, even my 2 and 1 year olds. I made it with ground turkey because we don't eat beef and added cheese to the mix. Also baked it for 90 minutes per other reviews. Absolutely fabulous!

Best Ever Split Pea

My whole family, including my 2 and 1 year olds, love this! They get grilled cheese sandwiches to dip in it, and hubby and I get homemade french bread. Yum! The only change I make is to use all yellow split peas and I add one sweet potato. This will be a winter staple in our house.

Zucchini Spice Cake

Not wanting to overload my son with sugar, I made this cake for his first birthday and topped with a cream cheese frosting. Everyone raved about this cake! The best part is that my son had a wonderful birthday party and no sugar crash after. I should mention that like other reviewers, I cut the sugar down to 1 cup each and the oil to 1/4 cup. It was perfect.

Steakhouse Wheat Bread for the Bread Machine

This is going to be my new wheat bread recipe. The only change I made was to use coffee instead of water/instant coffee and I made the dough in the bread machine and finished it in the oven- 350 for 30 minutes. So good!

French Brioche

I made this recipe with the alterations others suggested, but think this recipe would be good with less sugar and yeast as well. It depends on whether you like your brioche sweet or eggy. Personally, I like it sweet enough to just eat, so the alterations worked well for me.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

I have made this pie three times now for the people I work with, always with requests to continue making it. They love it so much that when I gave my two week notice last week, it was approved only with the condition that I would bring more pie on my last day!
