About this Cook
I am mostly self taught in the kitchen. Alot of trial and error but luckily not too much error. I love cooking so much, I feel that really helps when it comes to preparing meals.
My favorite things to cook
I LOVE to bake...breads, cookies, etc. Also candy making and trying new recipes
My cooking triumphs
7-layer Kirsch torte. It was not only beautiful but so delicious!
My cooking tragedies
I used a canned clam sauce YIKES! What a mistake that was. It tasted like kerosene and we ended up sending out for pizza. Prior to, and always after that, I made my own.

Ciabatta Bread
Nice recipe! I also use this for pizza dough and it makes a fantastic garlic bread, great for grilled sandwiches or just dipping in sauce. Very versatile. Thanks for sharing this!

Traditional White Bread
This recipe is so versatile. I've made bread, cinnamon rolls, calzones and garlic toast from the bread slices and it's all delicious. Definitely a homemade taste with a hearty texture and I will continue to use this recipe for years to come. Thank you so much for sharing!
