Baked Parmesan-Crusted Chicken
I make this same dish, but I use Italian bread crumbs (Progresso) and skip the herbs. Also, I turn the chicken over half way through the baking. Great with potato salad!Garland

I am also Danish. My Grandma taught us to break open the "ball" while still warm or hot and dip in brown sugar. mmmmm She used a crochet hook to turn them over.

Great idea! Saves using more pans for cooking in the house. Can also cook zuccini this way.
