The Big Easy Jambalaya
I used kilbasa and cooked the shrimp in some cajun spices before adding it to the jumbalaya. I also had to add a little more water to let the rice fully cook. Sooo gooooood!!!

Pasta Primavera with Smoked Gouda
i was a little leary about making this, cuz we are not too up on veggies dishes with no meat but i thought i would try it. I'm glad i did! Didn't have gouda so I grated some mozerella instead.
