Sophie's Zucchini Bread
About this Cook
My favorite things to cook
I love to cook anything as long as its not floating in oil. I like southern and homestyle food, as well as italian food. I absolutely love pasta. As far as sweets go.. i like pies and cookies, nothing with too much sugar but enough to taste sweet.
My cooking triumphs
The first time I attempted homemade gravy for my first thanksgiving dinner was amazing.... thats pretty much it. Coming up with recipes and meals off the top of my head is a nice ability.

Buckeye Balls II
i didnt have anything to sift my sugar with, i dont know if this was the cause or if it was something else, but i had to add and extra 1/2 c peanut butter because it was way too dry. I also had to use more than 6 oz chocolate, but i'm thinking that was because i had to add more peanut butter. Turned out great and I will deffinatly be making these again. Much easier than my old recipe. Thank you!

Best Apple Pie
After reading other reviews I took some of their advice, I only put ten drops of lemon juice in, and I added 1/4 c. of sugar, being the sugar fan that I am. I used 6 mac apples and 3 gala which made a great combination. I'll deffinatly be using this recipe again, the taste is amazing.

Sophie's Zucchini Bread
I've had some really good zucchini bread, but this recipe takes the cake! Being the first time to ever make it I was so worried that I wouldnt be able to make the bread right that some how I would do something tragically wrong with the mix, but it was so easy I decided to make a double batch half way through mixing the ingredients up. Absolute best zucchini bread I've ever had, it looks beatiful it tastes great and every one who has tried it tells me how good it is. I wont use any other recipe. Thank you so much!
