Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie
This is excellent! Made it for a ladies Bible study fellowship and the pan was nearly gone! Followed the recipe exactly except left off the honey. I was running out of time. It was great without it. Still getting used to my oven so I left it in too long. Next time I'll try it again at 30 minutes.
