Ratatouille Fettuccine Alfredo
This was so good. I even messed up and accidentally mixed the pumpkin in before mixing it with the alfredo sauce like the directions said to do and it still came out really delicious. The only thing is, I wouldn't call this 6 servings. It made way more than that. I'd say it was more like 12-15 servings.

Slow Cooker Chai
I added more pepper, more ginger (we like it spicier) and I substituted nutmeg for cardamom because cardamom is super expensive! It still came out well. I also was a little weirded out by the milk so I only added half a can and I found that it was plenty! I think a whole can would have made it too sweet and thick. You can always add more milk if you like more.

Easy Sugar Cookies
Didn't change a thing. These were light and fluffy perfect sugar drop cookies. Perfect for a weekly baking item with my toddler. Not too sweet, not too heavy. Great recipe!
