Baked Pesto Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2008
I loved this recipe! I marinated the chicken in the pesto for about 40 mintes. I put two to three thin slices of tomato and then topped with cheese. It was delicious! Thank you for the recipe...this is a keeper!

Tomato Soup I

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2008
This was good soup. I used 2% milk instead of heavy cream. I also added salt, pepper, and a garlic clove. Next time I will not add as much sugar. It was very sweet. I had to add more salt and pepper to cut down on the sweetness. I will make this again.

Candy Corn Bark

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2008
This recipe was great! I made it for a Halloween party last night. People were just standing around the table of food munching on it. Everyone loved it. I left out the rasins and added less candy corns. Next time I would add more pretzels. Thanks for the wonderful recipe.

Light and Fluffy Spinach Quiche

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2008
This was just ok. I didn't put as much cheese as the recipe called for because it seemed like a lot. I added an extra egg the the recipe as well. The quiche was a little bland but not bad.... just not great.

Poppy Seed Poultry Casserole

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2008
I make a recipe similar to this. Instead of regular rice I use Rice a Roni (Fried Rice Flavor). You prepare the Rice a Roni like it says on the box. I do not add dill. I always get rave reviews.

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2007
This was a good recipe. The chicken was a little well done and I only cooked it 4 1/2 hours. Some of the pieces burned also from the seasoning mix and not enough liquid. I would however try to make this again and add a little liquid at the beginning.

Dutch Apple Pie with Oatmeal Streusel

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2007
This apple pie was amazing!! It was the first apple pie I made from scratch and it was so easy! I used one of the apple peeler/slicer/corer tool which made it so easy! I took it for the 4th of July to a party and it received rave reviews! The strusel on top makes the pie! This is definitely a keeper!!

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2007
These pancakes were great. They were nice and fluffy! I only put in 1/2 tsp of salt and added 1 tsp of vanilla. The pancakes were very buttery. I would make these again. Much better then a box mix.
