In a smaller pan, these bars baked up to more of a cake. I also made a maple syrup icing to jazz up...
I used a regular pie dish and the torte still served up well. Wish I would have toasted the almonds ...

frozen blueberries turned the batter blue! Sprinkled oats on top for a nice appearance.
Baked at 210C for 12 minutes, served with butter or ketchup. Mmm
