Shrimp Artichoke Dip

i used crab instead of shrimp and it tasted great; the only thing was mine never turned golden brown or bubbly at the end of the baking time- it was really thick which in turn was a pain when trying to scoop it onto tortilla chips but got rave reviews from my guests so i'll definitely do it again!

Pastry for Double Pie-Crust

i've always used store-bought crust but thought i'd give this a try. it worked great!!! i love making apple pies and i'll never go back to frozen pie shells! my mother-in-law thinks she's a great baker but now i blow her away! ;)

Baked Whole Cauliflower

my husband hates cauliflower but ate seconds of this! i didn't follow it exactly- i just cut up the cauliflower and bolied it for a couple of minutes prior to baking and it turned out pretty good. i expected it to have a little more flavour but still good nonetheless!

Chocolate Caramel Brownies

OMG the most decadent thing i've ever tasted - perfect for someone with a serious sweet-tooth!! they were super easy to make as well- except i suggest cooling them in the fridge before cutting since they are sooooo gooey!! i brought them to my mommy's group and sent some to work with my husband; everyone was begging for the recipe!! i will definitely make these again!

Chocolate Frosting III

i found this runny and oily...not sure what went wrong but needless to say my layer cake looked horrendous and the top layer kept slipping off!! friends said it still tasted good considering but i'm looking for another recipe.
