ridiculously salty and took twice as long to cook as stated but then again there was not temperature mentioned so maybe i cooked it too low by keeping it at medium heat. but texture was bang on!

Kafta (BBQ)

lovely flavour...we used 1/2 lamb and 1/2 beef. we added 1/4 tsp garam masala and 1/4 tsp of ground cumin. didn't bother with the skewers; we made long patties that roll up into a pita better just like our favourite lebanese restaurant. :)

KILLER!!! Left out the sugar and used gingerale. OMG after one glass I was feeling fine. Great flavour....the brandy gives it a great kick. Making this for a party on Saturday and I do not anticipate any leftovers! Thanks for sharing! :)

GREAT!! Yes, the directions are a little vague for someone who has never worked with phyllo and it should mention to melt the butter but if you use some common sense it will come out AMAZING!!!!!!

Quick and Easy Brownies

Definitely a keeper! I cut back the flour to a cup as suggested and these turned out great! Not too cakey but not too gooey and fudgey...just a great classic brownie that everyone would enjoy.
