The only thing different I did was cooked it on about 375 and I didn’t brush it every 10 min. I put the entire sauce in the dish, let it marinade for a few hours then just turned and brushed the chicken 3 times in an hour. The last few minuets of cooking time, I put it on broil to get the glazed effect on the chicken ~Turned out perfect!!
I made an extra batch of just the sauce then sautéed and stirred in an onion, green, red and yellow peppers and served it over rice. Perfect meal as is, no side dish needed. Will make again.
