About this Cook
I absolutley love cooking for people! Friends and family! My first experience was in high school when my sister and I had to make cookies for a class treat. My first batch of homemade peanut butter cookies came out great! I saw the responses when my classmates ate and from then on I was hooked to cooking and baking.
My favorite things to cook
I love to bake anything from scratch peanut butter cookies, ginger cookies, pumkin bread, pies, ect. I am addicted to cooking and eating any italian foods, sauces, and lasagnas. I am pretty good at hams, pork roasts, steaks, ect. I just love making people happy by giving them a good meal .
My favorite family cooking traditions
We don't really have many cooking traditions in my family. My mom makes a mean mac and cheese using colby.
My cooking triumphs
The first time I baked my peanut butter cookies, pork roast, steak, and salmon fillets.
My cooking tragedies
Using the grill scares me! I steer clear from my fiances grill if anything needs grilling I just broil it instead. Oh and the first time I made key lime pie. It was a disaster!

Red Pepper-Salmon Pasta
This was amazing! I used a little more parmesan cheese and a bit more roasted red peppers. I also used the advice of someone esle and added a teaspoon of heavy cream after the sauce is removed from the heat. Try this! You will not be sorry!

World's Best Lasagna
I don't care for lasagna too much but I must say it was pretty good. My boyfrined loved it and took some in to work for a friend. He called later that night to let us know that it was "The Bomb" haha

Glazed Ham
Wow really really good. I used a small boneless ham instead but it was still really good! The glaze was awesome!
