"wow babe" were my boyfriends first words out of his mouth when taking the first bite of this delicious chicken, I did everything according to the recipe and I would not change it one bit! And believe it or not it was even tastier the next day a left over!! I couldn't believe how much this tasted like the local restaurant my company orders from..wow! Lol soo amazing ***Update I used cream instead of half and half and sour cream instead of yogurt and it came out perfect no cornstarch needed!!

Homemade Tomato Sauce II

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2010
Pretty good, this is what I did..I added more basil then asked for and also added some fresh parsley i didnt have a can of crushed tomatoes so i used chopped tomatoes and decided to run them through the blender since i dont really like chunks in my sauce. I added lots and lots of garlic powder, garlic salt, and crushed red peppers, and of course I added the sugar as well. I mixed this sauce with some ground beef over some angel hair pasta...yummy! My roommates ate it all up!

Millie Pasquinelli's Fried Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2009
Really good!! This technique of pan frying chicken is a keeper! The only thing that I didn't like about it is that after I uncovered it, it made lots of water..Like a lot of water! How do I prevent this? Should I it? I just want it to be a little bit more crispier, other then that though really good...my boyfriend ood and awwed over it and hes not even that big on chicken.

My Best Clam Chowder

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2009
I know I know people hate it when you alter the recipe and then you post a review on it, but I wanted to add my little tweak to it and post it so that others might like it that way.. Instead of 3 cans of clams I only did 2, and then I also added quarter pound of shrimp meat (those little cooked shrimps) and a quarter pound of scallops (cut them small, and pan fried them with some butter and garlic)..and instead of carrots...that i forgot to buy..i just put in mushrooms, lol that was really really good! I highly recommend adding in some more seafood to make it a seafood chowder..so hearty and good! Oh! Definitely use fresh clams if you can, that's the only thing that I would do differently.

Chicken Pot Pie VI

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2009
I've been making this pie for so long now, I am surprised I didnt write a review before..but I'm making it again tonight and wanted to look over it to see what i needed to get from the store. I read some reviews and they said that this was too runny for them....people...let it sit a little bit! Trust me...I know you wanna eat it right out of the oven because it is so good but let it sit if you don't like it runny it wont be so runny. Its even good as a left over!! This is probably the best chicken pot pie in the entire world!!! I wanna give it 10000 stars!

Honey Baked Chicken I

Reviewed: Feb. 29, 2008
Hmm..this was pretty good. I will probebly make it again but it definetly needs some more flavor. I used garlic salt, paprika, salt and peper...and it was still missing something...maybe some kind of herb spice like basil or thyme would add a good flavor. Anyways so what I suggest is for the people who say that they cant taste the honey, at the very end when the chicken is done let it stand for about 5 minutes..then pour some honey over it, trust me..the reason you dont taste it is because it melts off while baking...this will create a sweet cripsy honey coating.

Creamed Spinach II

Reviewed: Feb. 29, 2008
Soooo good! I LOVE cooking with mushroom soup and I was so excited to find this recipie. I used fresh spinach instead of frozen, and melted the butter with some minced garlic, then added the spinach. I mixed the soup with a little bit of milk before putting it in the spinich so it would be easier to mix, added a little bit of sour cream and some extra seasonings and wow! I will make this with every meal!

Chicken Tortilla Soup V

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2008
love it! i followed the advice NMR gave...and it turned out very good! I also used fritos instead of tortilla chips! yummy!! and definitely use more then 2 cans of broth especially if you are adding black beans. i used 4 and it still was barely enough so i added some water and spiced it up some more. **UPDATE** I now use boilion cubes...so I make 2 cups, and then I add 2 more cups of water to make more broth. Also last night I only had drumsticks and I just boiled those in there and when they were done I took them out and took the chicken off the bone, and put it back in the soup...WOW it adds a lot of flavor! This is my suggestion! Also, you wont even need to add more chicken broth you could use water and cut back on the sodium.

Teena's Spicy Pesto Chicken and Pasta

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2007
This dish was amazing! WoW! Perfect amount of spice..I did use the goat cheese at the end...PERFECT touch..I mixed it with some 1/2 & 1/2 and melted it in the microwave, then I just stirred it in at the end. I also added pine nuts. Oh and Romano cheese instead of parmesan as others suggested.

Creamy Pesto Shrimp

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2007
WOW A-mazing.. I cooked this dish for my boyfriend and my roomates...they loved it! I used spaghetti noodles instead of linguini. Its even good as a leftover! and my boyfriend and i never eat left overs! ***Update*** ive been making this for years now an the only thing ive changed is thr type of noodles i use, depending on what i have in my cubord lol so last night I wanted to do just and Alfredo sauce..I've been on a hunt for a new one since the ones that I've been making just weren't what I wanted..then I though "why not just omit the pesto in this recipie" and it worked wounderfly.. Just needs a little bit more salt in my opinion but I would say do this to taste since some people don't like as much salt. So from now on this is my alfredo recipie.. :)
