Sugar-Free Frosting

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2007
Very Yummy! I used Fat Free Cool Whip, Fat Free Cream Cheese, and 1 3.4 oz box chocolate pudding mix. And topped it on 1 weight watchers cake made from 1 box chocolate cake mix made with 1 can diet 7up and 2 egg whites. Got great compliments on the cake, it was delicious!

Oven Brown Rice

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2007
I made this version of it, only I cooked it on the stove top, it was delicious! I used only chicken broth, and no beef broth. Also added some chopped garlic. Very good!

Country Green Beans

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2010
Yumm! I did make a couple changes though, I used chicken broth instead of water, used real bacon bits instead of ham, and used dried minced onions instead of fresh onion. Very good!

I added 3 oz cream cheese to the chicken mixture and added corn juice, no water, turned out really delicious! Also topped with homeade guacamole, Yum!

Waffles I

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2009
No sure why it is rated to high. The waffles have a very bland flavor, pretty good texture, but flavor is lacking. Might as well have a frozen eggo instead of go to this trouble.

Tasty Tuna Burgers

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2008
These were not good at all! I made them and followed the recipe exactly except omitted the celery because I didn't have any, and I thought because of all of the high rating it would be worth a try. I like to try new things, but this I will not be making again. YuK!

Soft Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2008
Pretty good cookies, I added raisins for sure. They are soft and chewy just how I like them. The only thing I didn't do was I didn't put them in the fridge at all, I just made the batter and spooned the batter onto cookie sheets and baked.

Made these cookies this afternoon and they came out very good! The only thing I did different was add some chocolate chips to them! Delicious!
