Incredible recipe! Quick and easy. I added a dash of garlic powder but the recipe is great as it is. I have also tried this with a Romano and Parmesan cheese mix for even more flavor. I managed to get the hubby to request this dish. A huge victory for a man who would only eat fish if it was battered and deep fried.

Japanese-Style Sesame Green Beans

Chocolate Trifle

I made this for a family gathering yesterday and it was a hit. My husband says this is now his all time favorite dessert. I have been famous for my great cheesecakes, but my family is telling me that this is now my signature dessert. Theonly changes I made to this recipe were ready-made brownies from the supermarket, crushed heath bars on top of the brownie layer and mini chocolate chips sprinkled on top. This is an easy recipie with a great presentation. This dish will make you look like a gourmet chef.

Caramel Pecan Pie

I found this pie to be just ok, not great. I prefer the traditional pecan pie texture. This pie had a sweet potato pie feel to it. It was good but not great.

Grilled Salmon I

This recipe is awesome!!! It is quick and so easy to make. I used my GF grill and it turned out great. My husband and my five year old who usually will not eat Salmon were asking for second helpings. I will be using this recipe often.
