Best Bread Machine Bread
I don't do it in a bread machine (don't own one), but, I have found this to be a good and simple loaf to throw together quickly. I mix it up in my kitchen aide, takes about 10-12 minutes from start to putting in it the bowl to rise. I do add in other grains to boost the nutrition value (ww fl, flax, teff, spelt, oats, barley, etc). Turns out well. I love that I can get it kneaded up and rising while I'm still getting my kids ready for school. It doesn't take a lot of babysitting, which is a definite plus for me!

Hamburger Spinach Quiche
This turned out tasty with some modifications. I added about a cup of mashed butternut squash to add more veg. Ended up using 3 eggs to boost the protein some more. I put the ground beef and veg mixture into the bottom of the pie pan, sprinkled the cheese, and poured on the eggs and milk. I added the seasonings in and added some red pepper too, into the meat mixture while it was cooing. Also forgot to prebake the crust, but it turned out fine baking @ 375 for 1 hour. Overall, really yummy. I am just awful at following a recipe as written. ;)

Spinach and Carrot Quiche
This was excellent! Even my 4 year old loves it. I made it for the first time tonight. I did only make 1 pie. Instead of only using 3 eggs I threw in 4. I also added some extra spinach. I used a combination of montery jack and pepper jack cheeses to give it a little more kick, and I also put some thinly sliced tomato on top to make it look pretty, tasted good too!! I will definitely be making this again!!
