Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2011
Good flavor and VERY easy. Flavor definitely depends on which sauce you buy/make. Shred before eating for BBQ sandwiches. Add sauce back to chicken and mix well before assembling sandwiches.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2011
Incredible! I followed directions exactly, but only had frozen blueberries (recently picked and frozen), I washed them first and they did fine. Only used about half the topping.

Rump Roast Au Jus

Turned out great but I cut the spices in half, it would have been way too much for our kids otherwise.

Awesome! It does make A LOT of icing! I decorated my daughter's Wizard of Oz cake and needed a lot of icing so this was perfect and we still had leftover.

Aunt Anne's Coffee Cake

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2010
Per other's reviews: Put half of the streusel in the middle and half on the top. There doesn't seem to be enough batter for a 9x13 pan, use 9x9. 1/2 c flour, 1/2 c white sugar, and 1/2 c brown sugar. Add streusel when completely done or almost done and cover with foil to moisten streusel.

Cashew Chicken with Water Chestnuts

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2010
Very good, per other's suggestions: Can add celery, carrots, green beans, minced garlic, fresh grated ginger, broccoli, green onions. Cook chicken in olive oil with dash of seame oil. Add hoisin sauce. Extra soy sauce. Omit hot sauce or replace with a little red pepper flakes. Add a little sugar to sauce. Pair the dish with wilted green cabbage and bok choy (sesame oil, garlic, salt) and coconut jasmine rice.

Very good, I used fresh sage from my garden and used whole wheat gnocchi. I served it with the "Garlic Chicken" recipe from this website.
