Antipasto Squares

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2012
I made this for three different parties over the holidays and at each one it was the first thing gone.. Everyone was disappointed when they came back to an empty dish! This will become my signature app!

Jalapeno Popper Spread

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2012
Brought this to a Super Bowl party it was a big hit! I was glad most people were full so I got to take some home! Even my 7 year old loved it. The only change I made was as one reviewer suggested and mixed panko crumbs with the Parmesan.. Loved the bit of crunch added, will definitely make again... And again.

Jalapeno Cheese Bread

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2011
This bread was delicious! And I will be sure to be making it again! It was exccellent toasted with butter, as well as straight from the oven. I followed one reviewers recommendation of cubing the cheese. I however did not get any pockets of cheese yumminess so I will probably just shred it next time as it will be faster. I also liked the fact that it made 3 loaves. I gave one away to the neighbor and kept 2 for ourselves.. my kids thought it tasted like cheez-its!

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2008
This really is the best lasagna I've ever had! We made extra sauce to freeze for pasta later. Leftovers were even better the next day, I didn't think it would be possible to get any better!

Butterscotch Gingerbread Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2008
I made these cookies for a Christmas present for my Dad.. I wish I hadn't because I want to eat them all myself! I substitued cinnamon chips for the butterscotch chips, and they came out delicious! I will definatley make these every holiday season, and probably try the with the butterscotch chips as well!

Apple Lasagna

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2008
This was very unique and delicious! I made it with no bake noodles, which I do not recommend doing! There just wasn't enough liquid, so they were a bit rubbery and underdone! I also made it with homemade Apple Pie filling, using a recipe I found on this site. That made it extra delicious.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2008
Delicious Meatloaf! Super moist. Even my picky kids like it! We have made it with the brown sugar mix on the bottom as well as on the top, and both came out terrific!

Easy Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2008
The cookies taste just like the ones you buy at the grocery store! In fact by making them using the Pampered Chef medium scoop everyone thought I had bought them because they were all exactly the same size! This cuts out on the rolling by hand too! Perfect balls are placed on the pan for you! I have already made these twice in the last month, they will sure stay on the top of my recipe pile!

Sweet and Sour Kielbasa

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2008
Big hit at our summer pool party, this was the only thing eaten in its entirety! I did add an extra pound of kielbasa and still had plenty of sauce, probably could have added even more!

This jam is delicious. I made it for christmas gifts, and I received rave reviews. I had my Mom sample it prior to giving it out and she liked it so much she did the same thing. This jam makes EXCELLENT PB&J sandwiches!!

Baked Ziti IV

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2008
This was a big hit at my son's birthday party. I used 2 jars of sauce and 1 lb each of the hamburger and sweet italian sausage. I also added a little extra cottage cheese. I will definately make this again, but probably scale it down for a family of 4!
