I have made several cheesecakes and not one of them has ever turned out as well as this recipe did. I followed the directions exactly as written. I used the waterbath, wrapped the bottom in foil, and when it was done cooking I turned the oven off I left it in there overnight to cool. I have never heard of doing this before and it turned out to be the secret to a beautiful perfect looking cheesecake. Not one Crack!! I also substituted the Bailey's Irish Cream for the milk. The Baileys was a great idea!! It gave it an amazing bite, great flavor. ,My guests couldn't stop talking about it. This recipe is a keeper!!!
