Grandma's Homemade Banana Bread
I make this all of the time! Huge hit! I add cinnamon and remove from oven about 5 to 10 min sooner, cover with foil to cool overnight, this makes it super moist!! Also add 2 more bananas than the recipe calls for and it gives it great flavor! Favorite recipe by far! Have used for years and will pass it down.

Shoyu Chicken
Amazing! So good with the sweet and spicy combination! Left out the ginger and used reduced sodium soy sauce. Also baked, not grilled but only because weather did not permit.Left marinade in the pan, laid thighs skin side down and baked for half hour, flipped and drained the juices, uncovered, then broiled until crispy. Served with fried brown rice and sauteed whole green beans. Huge huge hit!

All-Day Apple Butter
Love it! Best apple butter that I have ever had! I used a variety of apples I'd just picked and added a 1/4 cup brown sugar and pinch of all spice. I also mushed the apples with a potatoe masher when 3 hours remained whcih helped speed the process then I took it off about an hour early. It thickens as it sets in the jar. Definately recommend!
