Really good and easy to make. Just be sure to adjust your microwave times to suit your wattage!

Cracked Sugar Cookies I

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2014
I think I must have done something wrong- maybe too small of eggs- my dough came out very crumbly, like pie crust that needed more water added to it. I still was able to make balls out of it, but it was work. They still came out fine and taste good. I guess I'm more of a snickerdoodle gal; I missed having the cinnamon and sugar crust! Still, it's a good recipe that I may use again, if I can figure out what I did wrong...

Salmon with Dill

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2014
This is my absolute favorite way to make salmon. The dill is perfect with the lemon and butter sauce. I seldom ever measure the dill- I just sprinkle it on until it looks good (I love dill).

Italian Green Beans

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2010
I prepared this dish as a side dish to a lasagna dinner, I just had to modify the type of green beans, as all of the store's that I went to had terrible looking green beans! I went with a frozen Italian-cut green bean, and only cooked them for about 10-15 minutes. Everyone at the table loved them! I could have handles a stronger flavor, actually, but hey, I'm just one voice of the eight at my dinner party! I only gave it four stars just because I didn't think they were exceptional, just pretty good.

Easy Microwave Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2010
I actually thought this was a little rich, and definitely too much for single serving! BUT it was pretty good. I also increased the sugar, and slathered it in chocolate syrup- could be why it was too rich for me!- I will definitely make it again!

Chicken Taquitos

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2009
I thought these were terrific! I also put the tortillas in the microwave wrapped in a damp towel for a minute, and it made it easy to fry them. I just used cheddar cheese and green enchilada sauce, so anything else would just jazz them up. Excellent!

Sweet and Sour Pork III

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2009
This was the best sweet and sour I have ever had. Left out the celery and green onion just because I didn't have any on hand. LOVED IT!!!!
