Roasted Garlic Lemon Broccoli

Delicious! Here's a thought for all the negative-nancy types though...If you don't like salt, lemon or garlic--hmmm. Maybe don't TRY a GARLIC LEMON SEA SALT dish?? Just sayin'! ;o)

Blueberry Pie

For those that had soupy pies--for me the key was 5 C fresh berries at ROOM TEMPERATURE! I also added the 5 1/2 T of cornstarch per other reviews. Baked at 400 for 55 minutes, let it cool for 2 hours and it was perfect. THANKS ASHESP!! Fab recipe! :o)

Cherry Pie IV

Made this pie for my dad's birthday. He said he'd never had a better one in all his 64 years. LOVED(!!) this pie filling idea, as I don't like canned cherry pie filling that is full of red dye and high fructose corn syrup! Gave it 5 stars for filling taste/texture. However, I used my own crust recipe of 2C flour, 1tsp salt, 1C frozen, shredded unsalted butter and 1/2 C very cold heavy cream. With this pie filling and my own crust recipe this is an OUTSTANDING dessert! Thanks for being willing to share with us, Beth!! :o)

Avocado Scrambled Eggs

I have made scrambled eggs with avocado before, but I used mashed instead of cubed. I also added halved grape tomatoes and chopped onions. Sometimes I'll even add cubed deli ham. I think the avocado adds a wonderful flavor to the eggs and it's good for you, too. Thanks for submitting this!

White Chocolate Cranberry Granola Bars

This is the best, most delicious and cost effective granola bar I 've made. We eat a lot of Kashi bars and they can get really expensive. This recipe makes A LOT and they freeze well, too! I love the recipe as is, but sometimes I kick it up a notch by adding flax seeds, raw pumpkin seeds, unsweetened coconut flakes and carob chips. Delish! I also use brown sugar instead of white and when I add all the extras it gets a little dry so I add more honey and peanut butter. This is a five star recipe either way! Thanks for submitting it. I'll never buy commercial bars again!!
