Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing
This was an awesome stuffing recipe! Thank you so much!! Last year I tried making the slow cooker stuffing recipe from this site and it was a bust - so mushy and heavy. I prepared this one a day in advance in a casserole dish (I don't stuff my turkey). I put a little bit of melted butter over the top and then in the fridge. Thanksgiving day I took it out until it was room temp, added the liquids and heated it with the lid on. Really delicious - everyone loved it.

Balsamic Bruschetta
This was a good Bruschetta recipe but you have to like raw garlic! I'll make it again but I'll use half the garlic next time.

Shrimp Francesca
This was delicious! I added 2 ingredients: 1 bag of baby spinach and 1/2 pint of cherry tomatoes. I sauteed both of those ingredients in a little olive oil and garlic salt. I also only used about 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs because I wanted there to be more of a sauce over the pasta and I was concerned that the crumbs would soak up the butter sauce.
