Buttermilk Pancakes II

I've tried a lot of buttermilk pancake recipes, looking for one I love. It seems that most are too flat, not fluffy. This one is perfect! It's a keeper.

Heather's Cilantro, Black Bean, and Corn Salsa

Spinach and Potato Frittata

Very good, hearty frittata. I added a little bacon and more garlic than the recipe calls for. I had to cook it several minutes longer than the time indicated to get the eggs to set.

Grilled Pizza Wraps

Simple and yummy! Who wouldn't like these? We didn't have jack cheese, so we made them with cheddar and a little shredded mozzarella.

Artichoke Chicken

You'd have to be a big fan of artichoke hearts for this one. The flavor is pretty powerful in this recipe. My family didn't mind it, but I wouldn't make it again.
