Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
Wonderful flavour, easy recipe, didnt brown chicken before putting in crock pot, but cut the breasts up into thinner pieces.Cooked in 3hrs on high..then shredded the chicken and put into soup for 30mins. Did not use the beer put put the equivelent in chicken stock..thickened with some corn starch at the end.
