Fresh Cucumber Salad
Not a huge fan of sweet pickles so I added less sugar and more vinegar. Stayed crunchy for 4 days in fridge.

Quick Chicken Divan

Lime Chicken Soft Tacos
Really enjoyed this one. It was nice to use my own spices and not a spice packet. I opted against the oregano also and added some poultry magic seasoning and cumin. Will definitely make again.
