Onion Cucumber Salad
I just made this and was surprised how good it is even without being marinated. I was hesitant to use the celery seed since I am not much for celery seed but am surprised how good it made it taste. I used Splenda in place of the sugar. It is very tasty. Potluck after church tomorrow will tell how good it is. This is my first cucumber salad and it was tempting to alter the recipe but I stuck to the recipe and glad I did. I didn't have any pepper so I omitted it. (Editing the next day)-It was a big hit with everyone at the potluck. I tripled the recipe and barely had any to bring home. It was delicious and I took the left over brine and added more cucumbers and celery seed in one dish and added raw beets in the second dish of brine. We will see tomorrow how that comes out.

Carrot Souffle
I want to make this recipe but have a question. Can this be made completely today and served reheated tomorrow for a potluck or will it not be raised? Some of the reviews suggest waiting to add some ingredients until ready to cook for rising purposes but if it is cooked how does it reheat? I had something like this recently only with sweet potatoe, wow was it good
