Sunday Dinner Mashed Potatoes

These were good - but I really felt we needed to cut down on the cream cheese by about half - it gave the potatoes a "gluey" consistency that was just not right!

Stir-Fried Chicken With Pineapple and Peppers

the flavors were very good once the pineapple juice cut the salt of the other sauce down - but i had a hard time with the proportions. at first it wasn't enough sauce, so i doubled it, but that was a little too much and made my veggies soggy near the end. i'm not sure what the trick should be here - maybe to thicken/heat the sauce separately so as not to sog-ify the veggies? well, it was pretty good in the end either way and the hubby loved it :)

Chicken Massaman Curry

this was absolutely amazing! i cut the fish sauce and the lime in half, but that is just personal preference. i also added a sliced up onion (big slices) on step two which adds a little something and whole salted peanuts on top as a garnish. all in all an incredible recipe. delicious!

Tuna Noodle Casserole II

I made a few changes - used cream of chicken in place of the cream of celery soup, substituted cheddar cheese for the American cheeese, cut out the salt entirely, and used less garlic. Overall a great base to start with as noted by others. LOVED it!

Easy Coq Au Vin

Everyone keeps saying how the dish is bland - I say just add a bit more garlic salt and chicken stock to the mix and it was extremely flavorful if you ask me. If you're soaking chicken in wine - what color do you expect it to turn except purple?? Anyhow, this is one of the best chicken recipe I've ever tasted. We added extra seasonings to the first "browning of the chicken", and although the sauce turns out a bit thin, it tastes delicious and makes the chicken very juicy.

heavenly! followed recipe almost exactly and the sauce turns out sooo creamy and flavorful. agree you need more chicken boullion, but that was the only change i made.

great recipe. i also did the sauce x1.5 but could've gone with not 1.5-ing the salt if that makes sense...the cheddar adds so much flavor that you don't really need that much salt!

Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting

This tasted just great, but the consistency is not appropriate for "frosting" - it is really more of a whipped topping that you would put on fruit of some sort. Not sure how to make this thicken up better and not melt all over a cake??
