I just started cooking about 2 years ago because now I FINALLY have someone else to cook for! (You know how it is when you're cooking for 1!) I love to bake! I recently got a Kitchen Aid stand mixer and I LOVE it! I also like to use the slow cooker. Anything easy nd delicious is perfect for me! My mom and grandmother were always the BEST cooks! I thought I would have the good cooking gene instinctlively, but I have to work a little harder at it! BUT - I am getting really good! In fact, I have taken over my grandmother's famous mac & cheese for holidays. I know it doesn't sounds like much, but in my family, that is a HUGE responsibility!
