Szechwan Shrimp

Very Tasty. I added garlic to the sauce instead of the shrimp and blended it in the small food processor. Note the sauce burns easily and thickens quickly so I added a 1/2 cup of Campbell's chicken broth. I also omited the red pepper and included about 2 cups of pre-cooked vegetables (carrot, bok choy and sugar snap peas). Added cashews and served over rice.
