Pepperoncini Beef
Just ate this tonight. I thought it was good once it was made into a sandwich. The meat tasted like a roast but with a kick from the pepperoncini. It wasn't as hot as what some other people said. I toasted hoagie buns buttered the top slice and put some garlic salt on it. Added the meat and the pepperoncinis, topped it with provolone and put it under the broiler till it melted. It was really good then. I ate it with cold pepperoncinis also. My boyfriend told me I need to make it next week.
