Blueberry Zucchini Bread
This was a fabulous way to use up the ton of zucchini that was shared with me. I also got a great deal on blueberries, so went looking for a recipe that used both. Sooooo glad I found this. My husband and kids loved it. I made it as bread and as muffins. They were great for school snacks, breakfast, after school snacks, and as a side with chili. I probably made at least six loaves worth! Too bad I'm out of zucchini, or I'd be making more now!
