I made this twice and it turned out great both times. Not only does this recipe look pretty but it is a pleasant change from so many cream cheese ball type recipes. Very easy for people to scoop up on a chip or cracker since it is not chilled.
I served it at a small gathering and had some leftover since it does make quite a big bowl. It was delicious the next day. Since it had been refrigerated overnight it was thicker and did require a knife to spread on a cracker. My husband likes it freshly made and left over the next day.
